Alex Michael Watkins Baby Blessing

      This weekend we were able to go to Rexburg, Idaho to be their for Alex Michael Watkins baby blessing. He is such a handsome boy. I wasn't able to hold him as much as I wanted and I won't get to see him enough, since it's an all day driving trip but am hoping to still be a great Aunt to all these nephews and soon to be niece. I love being an Aunt. 

 
     For the trip, as a family we drove all day Saturday from Moapa, Nevada to Rexburg, Idaho. We stayed at Uncle Rob and Aunt Janette's Saturday night, which was fun and we are very grateful for. We went to Michael's sacrament, of course, for the baby blessing and we were lucky to be there for their Primary/Nursery Program. Then it was fun to talk to family afterwards at Uncle Rob and Aunt Janette's house. Ethan and Addison had a lot of fun playing with Grant and Saddie. Ethan especially had fun running around with Grant.
      On Sunday evening we then left to start our drive back. We decided since we drove all day Saturday and the break wasn't very long from the car, that we would split the travel in half and hotel it for one night. We got a nice room at the Courtyard Marriott in Provo, Utah. The kids loved watching T.V. and eating pizza until late at night. They slept really good to. Then Monday we drove the rest of the way home. 

  

 I am so grateful that I have such great kids. They were such good travelers and we made good time through the trip because we didn't have to take a lot of stops. It was also a nice trip because Matthew and I were able to have time to converse on just the simple things of life. It seems that life has been crazy and fast lately and sadly we don't get a lot of time together. What a great trip and experience it was
