Shadow Canyon Trunk-or-Treat

    This year, the primary was involved in putting together our ward trunk-or-treat. Since I am a counselor in the primary, I was privileged to help out in this trunk-or-treat and not to be bias, I think it was one of the best. Honestly, it was because of our hardworking primary president and her family that really pulled it off and made it great. 
      For our ward trunk-or-treat, we had a chili and dessert contest. There was also a costume contest and of course the best decorated trunk. Many members in the ward were able to win a prize from our contest and we had a great turn out with lots of great chili and desserts. Another really big hit, provided by our other counselor, was bug juice (green slushies). 
      Unfortunately, it did rain lightly just at the beginning of the trunk-or-treat, which made it a little hard but fortunately it didn't last and it wasn't to cold. Below you can see the kids dressed in their costumes, some of the decorations for our trunk-or-treat, pictures of our trunk and the beautiful ladies that help put this trunk-or-treat together in their costumes. You can see it was a success and we really enjoyed doing.
